Welcome

Resources to support you in embedding your

learning and transforming your communication

We have grouped the content for you in four subject areas, which you will find under

the buttons below:

- Communicating and presenting

- Candour, influencing, relationships

- Presence and impact

- Storytelling

Within each area, you will find a variety of practical material under three headings:

- Watch/listen to this! – Videos and podcasts. The first items in each section

have been created by us to summarise some of the key concepts we explored

together.

- Read this! – Notes accompanying your programme, followed by useful

books, articles and research relating to the topic.

- Do this! – Practical playbooks combining information, links and exercises in

one place.

Many of our programmes combine several topic areas. For example, if attended

Impact and Influence you may find relevant resources under more than one button.

We hope these resources help you continue applying and developing what we

explored together. If there is something else you think we should include—or you

discover a broken link (it does happen!)—please let us know.

Thank you for joining us. We hope you enjoyed the experience and found it useful,

stimulating and relevant. If there is anything else we can do to support you, we would

be delighted to hear from you.

We hope to work with you again soon.

"I lead PwC’s suite of CFO programmes aimed at future and newly appointed CFOs of FTSE 100/250 businesses. cmt lead a practical session on executive presence. Out of the 25+ speakers on the programme ranging from current partners through to guest CFOs and lecturers from London Business School, cmt’s sessions score the highest, averaging 4.9 and 4.7 out of 5.  This is an exceptional score given the high level we expect as a firm and the high standards expected from the delegates."
